Kyushindo Karate Club

Looking to try something new? Have fun, get fit, make friends, learn a skill, gain confidence? Why not come and train at the Kyushindo Karate club, Spencers Wood Village Hall – we train from 19:30 – 21:00 every Monday night. We are looking for students from age 13 to adult – no experience required! We blend traditional and modern martial arts approaches to develop physical abilities, self-defence capabilities and mental resilience. We’re a family-friendly club, balancing fun, fitness, self-defence and personal development. Our instructor has over 30 years’ martial arts experience, first aid training, DBS-checks and full insurance. If you decide to stay with us after your free lesson, costs are £4.50 per session (pay-as-you-go) with an annual fee of £25 to cover membership costs and insurance.
